US Domestic Shipping

All orders are sewn, packed, and shipped from my Chicago studio.

Because most pieces are made-to-order, please 5–7 days (ready-to-ship) or 2–4 weeks (made-to-order) for your item to be completed before shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

At this time, Halfsleeper Handmade ships within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

I currently ship within the United States.

If you’re located outside the U.S. and have your heart set on something, you’re welcome to email me at shannon@halfsleeperhandmade.com. While I can’t guarantee international shipping, I’m happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that if international shipping is arranged, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Exchanges & Returns

Return Policy

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is produced in small batches or made specifically after purchase, which means I’m unable to restock items in the way larger retailers can. I encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing details, and measurements carefully before placing your order.

If you have sizing questions or need clarification before purchasing, please reach out. I’m always happy to help you choose confidently.

If there is a defect or error on my end, please email shannon@halfsleeperhandmade.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work toward a solution collaboratively.
