What is your return policy?
Halfsleeper Handmade does not accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-wear, made-to-order, or custom items. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing.
How quickly do you ship?
Halfsleeper Handmade is not responsible for packages once they’ve been shipped. Customers will receive a tracking number for their order. Currently, Halfsleeper ships only within the U.S.; international shipping is not available at this time.
Ready-to-wear pieces will ship within 5 days from the date purchased. Made-to-order pieces will ship within 2–4 weeks.
Want your item sooner? Select Express Production during checkout to get it shipped out within 7–10 days.
How do I care for my item?
It's highly recommended to hand wash and hang dry only.
Please note: vintage and antique material may show signs of wear. Any noticeable flaws will be noted in the item description. Mending, stains, and signs of wear are to be expected with vintage material.
